At the heart of Golden Seeds is an invitation to listen differently — to make room for a kind of knowing that reaches beyond the mind.
Many of us have learned to protect our hearts. What once served as protection can, over time, become a boundary that keeps us from fully experiencing connection, creativity and our inner truth.
Here, the heart is not something to fix or force open. It is a living source of intelligence, intuition and connection — a place where different forces within us can meet: the feminine and the masculine, the inner and the outer, stillness and movement, receiving and creating.
The heart is not a theme we study. It is the place from which we enter the practice.
HOW WE MOVE
Golden Seeds follows the rhythms of nature, moving with the seasons, the elements and the inner processes that shape our lives.
We approach the elements as gateways into different ways of experiencing ourselves — as invitations to explore through the body, the senses and direct experience.
Rather than following a linear programme, we make space for cycles of movement and stillness, reflection and creation. Each activation responds to the rhythm of the season and what is alive in the moment.

From 11 January 2027, we gather every Sunday to pause, listen and reconnect with the intelligence of the heart — a place of intuition, inner knowing and creative life.
Through meditation, Kundalini Yoga, heart activations, intuitive transmissions and creative explorations, we open ourselves to what moves within us and what wants to come into being.
Each gathering takes its own form, guided by the rhythms of nature, the cycles of life and what is alive in the moment. Together, we explore the Heart Codes — a cyclical journey into the wisdom of the heart and its expression in our lives and creative practice.
There is no fixed programme to follow, nothing to complete and no particular experience to achieve. You are welcome to arrive just as you are, to listen, receive and explore at your own pace.

WHO IS GOLDEN SEEDS FOR?
For artists and curious souls who feel there is more to explore in their creative lives than what the mind alone can offer.
For those who want to reconnect with their intuition, explore their inner world and make space for new ways of seeing, feeling and creating.
For those drawn to meditation, ancient wisdom, the mysteries of life and the relationship between inner experience and creative expression.
You don't need a particular experience, practice or belief system. Just a willingness to be curious and explore.

I am not here to tell you what your experience means, but to create the conditions for you to discover what is already moving within you.
Golden Seeds is not about giving you another system to follow. It is an invitation to find your own way of listening, creating and remembering.
Everything is a tool — it is not you.
You already are.
You are the one who gives yourself permission. No one else can do that.
Nature is key. Its rhythms guide us back to our true essence.
